3. Mobile Messaging and SMS Consent

Information Collected: We collect your mobile phone number when you explicitly opt in to receive text messages through our website sign-up forms, checkout pages, or keyword text-to-join campaigns. 

Purpose of Collection: Your mobile number is used exclusively to send you marketing promotions, product alerts, and informational updates regarding our services. Message frequency varies based on your interactions. 

Cost Disclosure: Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. 

The No-Sharing Guarantee: No mobile information or SMS opt-in data will be shared, sold, rented, or leased with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. 

How to Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any text message we send to cancel. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

Cross-Border Compliance: For users in Canada (CASL) and Mexico (PROFECO), we send messages strictly within legally permissible local daytime hours and require express, opt-in consent before any marketing message is transmitted.

A request related to your Personal Information may only be made by you or an authorized agent designated by you. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf by giving the authorized agent your written permission (including power of attorney) and taking steps to verify your identity directly with us. 

To process your request, we must be able to verify your identity or, where applicable, the authority of your authorized agent. California’s Shine the Light Law 

California’s Shine the Light Law permits California residents to request, annually and free of charge, information from us about our disclosure of their Personal Information to third parties for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose your Personal Information to third parties for such purposes.
